Let’s Play Project 31 Day Fitness Challenge.
For a charitable donation of £31.00, you will receive a structured 31 day exercise programme!
All you need is access to a computer, smart phone or tablet!
There are two levels to choose from:
Both levels are progressive, starting slowly, building in duration and intensity. Workouts combine cardiovascular, strength & conditioning and stretching & mobility exercises – as well as rest days!
Programmes are set by Richard Hughes, a qualified Level 2 coach from Peak Performance Multisport. The workouts will be delivered to you via Training Peaks and each exercise will be clearly explained with a link to a short video explaining how best to perform each exercise, ensuring you get the best results.
To join the Let’s Play Project 31 Fitness Challenge, all you need to do is sign up before Friday 8th January by paying £31.00 below via PayPal.
Once your payment is complete, send an email to email@example.com saying which LEVEL you chose and on which day you would like to start (anytime between the 1st - 8th January). You will be sent a link to Training Peaks with the 31 day programme. Each day that you successfully complete will go green on your programme.
