Our Session Leaders & Playworkers
Our Session Leaders and Playworkers are all recruited for their experience with, and commitment to working with Young People with additional needs. All Playworkers who work at the Let's Play Project are fully trained and accompany our Young People during all activities and provisions. They are all trained in safeguarding, health and safety, working with families, inclusive play, equal opportunities, communication, therapeutic play, toileting and hoist training, feeding, medication, seizure management and behaviour management. Our team is also strengthened by a wonderful group of volunteers.
