Admissions

Is my Young Person eligible to join Let’s Play?

Any Young Person aged between 5 – 18 with additional needs is eligible to access our After School, Youth Group and Holiday Activities. Young People aged above 18 can join our Post 18 sessions during the holidays up until they turn 25.

How do we get started?

Give us a call on our office number 01295 810661 or email Sammy – sammy@letsplaybanbury.org, we will then arrange a home visit where we come and meet you and your Young Person, and we can complete some important paperwork and that’s it, you can then access activities, depending on space.

How do I pay?

It costs £10.50 for an After-School session, and £19 for a Holiday Session. Activities are invoiced half termly for After School Club, and before the Holidays for any Holiday Activities. These can be paid for by Cash, Cheque, or BACS. There may be additional funding we can explore so please do ask if finances are a worry for you and your family.

I don’t drive, is there any transport?

Unfortunately, we only have transport to our After-School Clubs for Young People who attend Frank Wise School. There is transport available for Holiday Activities if families do not own a car.

How many activities can my Young Person access?

We try to offer all of our families one night a week for After School Clubs and two days a week during the Holidays. Places are allocated fairly across the holidays; it is not possible for Young People to attend all sessions during the holidays.
