Role: Safeguarding Trustee

Experience: I have been a trustee for around 7 years now and I have been a Safeguarding Trustee for most of that time. I am also Safeguarding Governor for Frank Wise School and find that those roles interlink well.

Why you became a Trustee: I have two children who access the service and I was so grateful for how the project was supporting them, I felt that I needed to give back. This was a way for me to give back and help support the development and sustainability of something that we relied on as a family.

Why you chose Let’s Play: No better place to dedicate my time!

Favourite Let’s Play memory: I have so many! But probably picking my children up from their first sessions, their excessive babbling about how amazing this place was and how much they loved it and wanted to come back again and again! I knew then that Let’s Play was something very special.

Favourite film: 50 first dates, Yes I am a romantic!

Favourite TV show: Grey’s Anatomy, 18 seasons and counting!

Favourite Food: Rib of beef
